The Phlebotomist plays a key role in obtaining high-quality blood samples from patients and organizing specimens for lab analysis. This position also involves important administrative tasks such as inputting data, creating reports, and overseeing inventory to facilitate smooth functioning within the department. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED. Although it is not mandatory, having one year of experience in phlebotomy and a Phlebotomist Certification is desirable.
