Job description
The Assistant Site Director plays a vital role in promoting safety, engagement, and the overall welfare of children enrolled in before and after-school programs. This position includes overseeing site personnel, keeping precise records, and ensuring that the facility is adequately supplied and adheres to licensing standards. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates who have completed some college coursework in early childhood education. Furthermore, a background of 1–3 years in working with children within a school or youth program environment is required, and candidates must successfully pass background checks and fingerprinting.
