Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, focusing on managing costs, controlling inventory, handling cash, and fostering positive customer interactions. This position involves guiding the team to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and upholding exceptional cleanliness and service standards. Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery responsibilities. The job entails lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for the entire shift, and successfully completing a criminal background check.
