Job description
The Team Captain supervises the front-end activities by mentoring team members, enhancing engagement with the loyalty program, and guaranteeing outstanding experiences for athletes. This role encompasses overall store management, which involves maintaining merchandising standards, overseeing staffing, and achieving daily operational objectives. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience. Prior experience in people management is preferred to successfully lead and nurture the store team.
