**General Manager**
The General Manager oversees the complete operations of the store, focusing on managing costs, inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves leading the team to meet sales targets while ensuring adherence to company policies and operational procedures. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a vehicle that is insured. The position necessitates the ability to successfully complete criminal background and motor vehicle record checks, as well as the physical capabilities required to handle store responsibilities.
