Job description
Oversee a designated portfolio of intricate workers’ compensation claims, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Collaborate with medical case managers and legal advisors to manage expenses effectively and support prompt resolution of claims. This position necessitates a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of pertinent experience, which should include five years focused on indemnity claims management. Applicants must hold an SIP certification and demonstrate familiarity with California’s workers’ compensation regulations.
