Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage overall restaurant operations to guarantee high standards of service.
- Oversee cost controls and cash management practices.
- Handle inventory management and ensure proper stock levels.
- Foster strong customer relations to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a proficient team.
- Create work schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- Proficient in math and capable of managing financial operations.
- Demonstrated skill in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience includes at least one year in restaurant management.
