Job Summary
The Team Lead is tasked with guiding and nurturing a residential canvassing team by collaborating directly with members in the field to enhance their effectiveness and communication. This position includes organizing everyday operations, fostering a positive team culture, and upholding company standards.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members through field collaboration.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in canvassing, sales, or field marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including walking and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
