The Direct Support Professional provides direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to foster independence and empowerment. Responsibilities include personal care, household tasks, and ensuring the health and safety of the individuals served. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Applicants must also have a reliable vehicle and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
