Job description
**Job Title: Assistant Store Manager**
In this role, you will assist store leadership in maximizing sales and achieving desired outcomes, all while creating a welcoming shopping environment through proficient inventory control and seamless operational processes. You will exemplify leadership qualities to mentor team members, uphold store standards, and help with essential daily operations including opening and closing the store and supporting omni-channel functions. Applicants are required to have at least 2 years of relevant work experience and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical demands include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
