Job description
The Chief of Staff will oversee customer interactions, handle contract discussions, and lead compliance efforts while enhancing operational effectiveness throughout the organization. This role will also assist the founders by transforming vague priorities into structured projects and serve as the company’s representative at industry functions. Applicants should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced generalist setting, such as management consulting, investment banking, or startup operations. A bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university is essential, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
