**Job Title: Program Manager IV**
The Program Manager IV is tasked with spearheading the planning and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization, with a particular emphasis on Duals and D-SNP programs. This role entails managing project scope, budget, and timelines, while also enabling effective communication at the executive level and fostering collaboration across various functions. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management, while those with a master’s degree and a background in the healthcare sector will be preferred. A strong command of project management tools and proven experience in leading extensive, cross-functional projects are essential for this position.
