Job description
The Early Learning Director and Lead Teacher will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring adherence to state regulations and upholding a standard of excellent care. This role involves leading educational initiatives, supervising staff, and fostering regular communication with families. To qualify, candidates should have a degree or credential in early childhood education, along with a minimum of one to two years of experience in teaching and supervising staff. Additionally, applicants must successfully pass a background check and comply with the physical requirements of the position.
