Job description
**Training Specialist**
The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering technical training on HDPE fusion techniques and associated processes to both employees and clients. This position includes the management of training documentation and equipment. The role also supports field operations and ensures compliance with safety regulations during all training initiatives. Applicants should possess 0-2 years of relevant technical experience, a valid driver’s license, and must be able to obtain safety and fusion certifications. Additionally, candidates need to have strong skills in Microsoft Office and the capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working under varying weather conditions.
