Job description
The Eldercare Nurse Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations, orchestrating the PACE Model of Care, and leading the nursing team to guarantee optimal patient results. This role entails ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, engaging in strategic planning initiatives, and conducting interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance care delivery processes. Applicants should possess a valid RN license in Florida, as well as BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications. A minimum of three years of experience in the healthcare sector, with at least one year dedicated to elderly care, is essential.
