This role entails ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, engaging in strategic planning initiatives, and conducting interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance care delivery processes. Applicants should possess a valid RN license in Florida, as well as BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications. A minimum of three years of experience in the healthcare sector, with at least one year dedicated to elderly care, is essential.
