Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer, Test Equipment Design is an essential member of our Hardware Test Engineering team located in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on creating innovative test solutions through the development of tailored electrical and mechanical systems that rigorously evaluate the performance of our hardware products.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the design and implementation of custom electrical and mechanical test systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product testing procedures.
- Utilize hands-on experience to develop and refine test equipment.
- Participate in various stages of the hiring process, which may include reviewing candidate applications.
Qualifications
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with test equipment design and development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with both electrical and mechanical systems and their integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Hands-on experience in a relevant engineering role or ongoing education in engineering disciplines is valued.
