Job Summary

The Electromechanical Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site service, troubleshooting, and repair of electromechanical systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background coupled with hands-on experience to ensure all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems at client facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with a variety of equipment.
• Provide training and support to customers on system functionalities.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in servicing electromechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
