Job description
The role of the Patient Services Representative involves greeting patients, overseeing the registration process, and ensuring that demographic and insurance details are accurately maintained. Additionally, they play a key role in financial advocacy, process payment collections, and keep precise records in the hospital’s tracking and ADT systems. Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Prior experience in the healthcare sector, medical billing, or financial environments is desirable, as is familiarity with medical terminology and managed care policies.
