Job Summary
The RN Clinician is responsible for providing independent, safe, and effective nursing care tailored to the evolving needs of patients through the application of the Synergy Model. This role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, staff mentoring, and involvement in initiatives aimed at improving quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and adapt nursing care based on patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals.
- Mentor and assist in the development of nursing staff.
- Engage in quality enhancement projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nursing license in Georgia.
- Completion of a BSN with at least 12 months of nursing experience, or an ADN with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Current BLS certification is mandatory.
- Additional certifications, such as ACLS, may be required after hiring.
