The Employee Relations Specialist will serve as a key consultant to management on intricate employee relations topics, encompassing disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance challenges. This role involves assisting with organizational transformation initiatives and overseeing Employment Tribunal proceedings while upholding HR policies. Applicants should possess a solid background in Employee Relations or Human Resources, along with extensive knowledge of UK employment legislation. A requisite minimum of 2 to 4 years of pertinent experience is necessary, dependent on the specific industry experience.
