Job Summary
The Endpoint Engineer (Systems Administrator) is responsible for managing and enhancing endpoint systems within the organization’s environment. This role includes overseeing technical support efforts at Tier 3 and Tier 4 levels, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards, and contributing to the development of the DHA ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage endpoint system administration tasks.
- Provide Tier 3/4 technical support to resolve complex issues.
- Implement and uphold security standards in accordance with RMF and NIST guidelines.
- Drive efforts to enhance endpoint management practices.
Qualifications
- Possession of Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Alternatively, a Baseline Cloud+ certification or comparable credentials is required.
