**Engineering Manager**
The Engineering Manager is responsible for directing manufacturing engineering and maintenance functions to enhance stamping and assembly operations within the Maumee facility. This position emphasizes process innovation, automation implementation, equipment dependability, and ongoing improvement efforts to guarantee safe and economical production. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or alternatively, 10 or more years of comparable experience in manufacturing. Essential qualifications include robust leadership abilities and expertise in manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
