Job description
The Engineering Operations Technician plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of essential electrical and mechanical systems within a data center. This position involves handling work requests, conducting rack installations, and delivering on-site assistance to vendors to uphold continuous facility reliability around the clock. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance of electrical and mechanical facilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The job demands the physical capability to lift heavy machinery, work at heights on ladders, and maintain a flexible work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
