Job Summary
The manager will oversee the strategy and execution of capital equipment projects and enhancements to processes across all manufacturing facilities. This role entails the responsibility of managing large-scale projects with significant financial investment, as well as evaluating performance indicators and promoting ongoing improvement practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of capital equipment initiatives and process upgrades.
- Manage projects valued in the millions of dollars to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive initiatives focused on continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Expertise in capital equipment management and development of infrastructure systems.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is essential.
