Job Summary
The Enterprise Systems Specialist is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the SAP and Salesforce platforms by addressing daily operational challenges and ensuring seamless data integration across systems. The role also includes the documentation of business needs, oversight of user access, and delivering training to promote optimal usage of the systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve everyday issues related to SAP and Salesforce environments.
- Facilitate and ensure the smooth flow of data between the two systems.
- Document and analyze business requirements to inform system enhancements.
- Manage user permissions to maintain system security and integrity.
- Provide training and support to users to optimize their interaction with the systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supporting or administering SAP and Salesforce within a business context.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capability to troubleshoot data issues across systems.
- Ability to handle both immediate support and ongoing improvement initiatives.
