Job Summary
The Manager will oversee the housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams to maintain cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety regulations within the facility. This role also involves acting as a communication link between facility management and staff, as well as handling operational documentation and training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the facility.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and facility administration.
- Manage and maintain operational records related to housekeeping and maintenance.
- Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervisory roles.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods during work shifts.
