Job Summary
The Manager in Training will be responsible for directing the housekeeping, laundry, and floor care functions within a long-term care facility, ensuring that all operations adhere to established policies and regulations. - Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care activities to meet quality standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and enduring long periods of standing.
