Job Summary
The Manager in Training will be responsible for supervising the operations of housekeeping, laundry, and floor care within the facility. This role involves ensuring compliance with established facility guidelines as well as adhering to federal and state regulations. The Manager in Training will also be tasked with managing staff schedules, facilitating training programs, and serving as a point of contact between building administrators and the service teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations.
- Ensure adherence to facility policies and relevant regulations.
- Manage staff scheduling and training initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between building administration and service personnel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferably, prior experience in food service or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
