Job Summary
The Analyst will be responsible for configuring and supporting the Epic Resolute PB claims processing workflows, as well as troubleshooting issues related to claim errors, rejections, and denials. This role involves not only system testing and defect resolution but also collaboration with revenue cycle teams to enhance processing efficiency.

- Configure and support Epic Resolute PB claims processing workflows.
- Troubleshoot claim errors, rejections, and denials.
- Conduct system testing and resolve defects.
- Coordinate with revenue cycle teams to boost processing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute PB.
- Strong understanding of professional billing and claims processing workflows.
- Active Epic Resolute PB certification is preferred or may be required based on client demands.
