Job Summary
The Epic Radiant Consultant plays a crucial role in the implementation and support of Epic’s Radiant application within healthcare organizations. This individual will leverage their expertise in electronic health records to enhance functionality and optimize processes, ensuring seamless integration that satisfies the needs of clinicians and administrators alike.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and define system requirements.
- Configure and customize the Radiant application to align with organizational workflows.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective utilization of the system.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Radiant system.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for the implementation of Epic solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Epic Radiant Consultant or similar role in healthcare IT.
- Solid understanding of radiology workflows and related applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant Epic certification is highly desirable.
