Job description
The Equipment Engineering Technician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the upkeep of production machinery and leading a team of technicians to enhance operational effectiveness. Key duties involve implementing preventive maintenance strategies, coordinating training, and planning manufacturing operations. Applicants should have an associate degree or comparable military technical experience, along with a minimum of 3 years in a semiconductor fabrication environment.
