Job Summary
The Escrow and Resale Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire process related to escrow accounts, which includes their initiation, closure, and ongoing management. This role requires the accurate preparation of documents and efficient handling of transaction disbursements. Additionally, the specialist addresses customer billing questions and keeps detailed escrow records while collaborating with clients on title discrepancies and inspection documentation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the establishment and termination of escrow accounts.
- Prepare necessary documentation for transactions.
- Manage disbursement of funds related to transactions.
- Address and resolve customer billing inquiries promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of escrow activities.
- Coordinate communication with clients pertaining to title exceptions and inspection reports.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational capabilities to handle time-sensitive duties.
- Aptitude for interpreting complex instructions and information.
