Candidates should possess a robust passion for customer service and be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position demands physical mobility to navigate the store effectively and the capacity to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, in addition to holding any required professional cosmetology licenses.
