**Counter Manager**
The Counter Manager is tasked with enhancing store sales and overall performance by guiding the team to deliver outstanding customer service and effectively implementing promotional activities. This position involves upholding visual merchandising standards, overseeing inventory management, and promoting a positive, achievement-focused store atmosphere. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of retail experience and be available to work flexible hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role demands physical agility to navigate the store and the capacity to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, in addition to holding any required state-specific cosmetology or demonstrator licenses.
