**Job Title: Live Event Production Technician**
This position requires the individual to offer technical assistance for AVL (Audio, Visual, Lighting) systems and oversee the production of live events from the initial planning stages to the final execution. Key responsibilities encompass arranging event personnel, handling scheduling duties, and providing support with logistics and equipment setup on-site. Applicants should possess 1-3 years of experience in live event production, particularly with AVL equipment. Essential qualifications include robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, as well as the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
