This position also involves inspecting equipment, performing regular maintenance, and working closely with ground crews and supervisors to ensure effective coordination. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with 2 to 5+ years of experience in operating heavy machinery. Essential skills for this role include strong mechanical knowledge, good spatial awareness, and the physical capacity to lift over 50 lbs.
