The Executive Director oversees the daily operations, financial management, and personnel of the senior living facility, ensuring adherence to state and local laws. They play a critical role in enhancing resident numbers, prioritizing the well-being of residents, and upholding a secure and compliant atmosphere. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, alongside a minimum of two years in long-term care. A valid state Administrator license and a demonstrated ability to lead in a healthcare environment are essential qualifications.
