Job Summary
The Executive Director functions as a key strategic consultant to the Director of the Northeast Division, overseeing financial decision-making, business strategy, and performance management across six regions. This role requires the ability to distill complex data into practical insights and mentor a team of Regional Business Managers in pursuit of divisional goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the Northeast Division Director.
- Lead business planning and performance management across multiple regions.
- Translate intricate data into actionable insights for improved decision-making.
- Coach and develop Regional Business Managers to align with divisional objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or business management.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Robust financial acumen with the ability to sway decisions within a matrixed organization.
