Job description
The Executive Director is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring financial performance, and adhering to regulatory standards within the senior living community. This role involves guiding department leaders to maintain exceptional resident care, promote staff well-being, and facilitate efficient facility management. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the senior housing sector and hold a valid OK RCAL administrator’s license. Proficiency in financial management, excellent computer skills, and the capacity to work flexible hours are essential.
