Job description
Oversight of all housekeeping functions is required, encompassing guest rooms, communal spaces, and laundry services, while consistently upholding brand standards and quality assurance. Responsible for managing the department’s budgets, forecasting labor needs, and fostering staff development to enhance guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness. A minimum of five years of advanced leadership experience in housekeeping within a full-service hotel or resort is essential.
