Job description
**Job Title: IT Operations Manager**
This position requires overseeing IT operations, ensuring effective service delivery, and providing end-user support. Key responsibilities include maintaining hardware, software, and network systems. The individual will also be responsible for conducting audits, tracking system performance, and working closely with stakeholders to deploy technology solutions that enhance productivity. Applicants should have a minimum of a Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
