Job Summary
The role involves analyzing the chain of title and evaluating prepared title reports to guarantee their accuracy and comprehensiveness. Responsibilities
- Examine the chain of title and prepared title reports for precision.
- Verify ownership details and assess any encumbrances related to properties.
- Analyze legal descriptions to ensure they are accurate and complete.
- Identify and address potential issues that could affect the usage of properties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in conducting commercial title searches.
- At least 3 years of experience with TDI in Texas.
- Strong knowledge of title search terminology.
- Proficient in reviewing a variety of legal property documents.
