The technician is tasked with conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems throughout Ohio. This position also includes responsibilities such as equipment start-up, commissioning, and ensuring precise documentation through digital service platforms. Applicants should possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial HVAC and must hold an EPA Section 608 Universal Certification. Additionally, a valid driver’s license with a clean history and OSHA 10 certification are mandatory.
