Lead financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and inventory control for semiconductor fabrication operations. Partner with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to guide manufacturing performance, capital investment decisions, compliance, and finance process improvements. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with significant manufacturing finance, controlling, or cost accounting experience. Candidates should understand standard costing, inventory accounting, manufacturing variances, and financial planning, and be proficient with ERP systems and Excel-based modeling; semiconductor experience and CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials are preferred.
