Key responsibilities include conducting daily inspections, overseeing preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating repair work across various locations. Applicants should possess previous experience in facilities maintenance or property management and have a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The position demands excellent organizational abilities, a valid driver’s license, and the physical capacity to execute maintenance duties.
