Job Summary
The Facilities Manager is tasked with the oversight of maintenance agreements, management of contractors, and ensuring that the facility adheres to all health, safety, and governmental regulations. Additionally, this role involves strategic space planning and immediate response to daily operational emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage maintenance contracts.
- Supervise contractors to ensure compliance and service quality.
- Ensure facility compliance with health, safety, and government regulations.
- Plan and optimize space utilization within the facility.
- Respond to and manage daily operational emergencies effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in facilities management.
- Current Top Secret clearance, with the capability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility.
