Lead facility infrastructure, tenant improvement, and capital projects from concept through commissioning while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical building systems, including HVAC, cleanroom utilities, and power distribution, to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in facility or construction project management. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of building systems and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and construction documents.
