Job description
**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
Oversees a dedicated team of proficient maintenance personnel responsible for the construction, repair, and upkeep of Navy Exchange and Hospitality establishments. Coordinates project timelines, oversees material sourcing, manages budget allocations, and ensures adherence to safety regulations and quality performance metrics. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of specialized experience in trade areas including carpentry, electrical installations, and plumbing. The role requires candidates to be physically fit, able to lift weights of up to 50 pounds, and to possess a solid understanding of general maintenance practices.
