Job description
The Vice President’s role involves sourcing, structuring, and distributing syndicated bank loans, alongside overseeing deal teams and nurturing client relationships. This position requires managing transaction due diligence and underwriting activities, while also partnering with relationship managers to enhance business growth. Applicants should possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in business development or product specialist management and demonstrate a successful history in executing syndicated loans. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with a master’s degree being highly desirable, and candidates must exhibit excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
