Job Summary
The Facility Manager will oversee the restoration and recommissioning process of an extensive 87-acre industrial site. This role entails managing the utility systems and infrastructure of the buildings while developing a skilled facilities team. The Facility Manager will also be responsible for spearheading capital projects and ensuring adherence to nuclear safety and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restoration and recommissioning of the industrial site.
- Manage the utility systems and building infrastructure.
- Build and develop a competent facilities team.
- Oversee capital projects to ensure they meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in industrial facilities management.
- At least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with industrial systems and facility renovation.
