Job Summary
The Facility Manager is tasked with delivering high-level technical and administrative management for facility operations, focusing on the upkeep of building systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations for building systems and infrastructure.
- Implement work control procedures to ensure effective management of tasks.
- Manage and coordinate modifications to the facility as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology discipline.
- Extensive experience in facility management and operations.
- Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship.
